If it is often difficult to form when using the injection molding machine to process plastic products, the remaining reason may be the inaccurate setting of parameters except that the equipment does not fail. 1、 First set the temperature of each section of the barrel and nozzle of the injection molding machine:
1. Determine the processing temperature range according to the material properties: higher than the melting temperature (or viscous flow temperature) and lower than the decomposition temperature;
2. The fluidity of the material shall also be considered, which shall be determined by the melt flow rate (MFR) of the resin: for the material with poor fluidity, high viscosity and temperature sensitive viscosity, the temperature shall be higher;

2、 Set the mold opening and closing parameters of the injection molding machine:
In principle, mold opening and closing follow the order of slow, fast and slow, that is, mold opening is slow (slow); Fast mold opening (fast); Mold opening 2 slow (slow); Fast mold closing (fast) (can be divided into fast 1 and fast 2); Mold closing low pressure (slow); Mold closing high pressure (slow).
3、 Set the storage parameters and injection parameters of the injection molding machine, and store the materials first:
1. Cooling time:
Considering the material properties, the cooling time is short for amorphous materials with high Tg and crystalline materials with fast crystallization. Also consider the mold structure and product structure. The mold and product are very thin, with fast heat dissipation and short cooling time; Thick molds, thick products, and relatively closed, slow heat dissipation and long cooling time. Generally 30-120 seconds. For those with simple structure, thin wall and fast cooling, the cooling time is short, generally 10-15s.
2. Storage 1 and storage 2:
First, determine the total storage volume, and calculate it according to the quality of the product and pouring system condensate (nozzle material), so as to determine the termination position of storage section 2. For materials that are difficult to plasticize, have high requirements for product uniformity, are easy to absorb water or contain volatile small molecules, are easy to be involved in air bubbles, and contain inorganic fillers, the storage pressure should be large and the speed should be slow.
4、 Ejection:
After the storage reaches the set value, the screw of the injection molding machine stops rotating (i.e. the melt is no longer transported to the storage chamber), and only the glue is pulled back to adjust the pressure and density of the melt in the storage chamber, so as to control salivation and affect the density of products. Generally, ejection is 3-10.
After setting the injection parameters:
1. Start setting the injection parameters according to the total material storage.
2. Principles for setting parameters of injection:
For small plastic parts with simple structure and low precision requirements, the injection molding machine can adopt the control mode of lower than three-stage injection. For large plastic products with complex and high precision requirements, the injection molding machine should choose four-stage or more multi-stage injection process.
