First, hydraulic oil pollution:
1, oil mixed with air. Mainly because of the pipe joint, hydraulic pump, hydraulic cylinder, etc. It shows bubbles on the tank.
2、Mix the oil with water. It turns the oil milky white. The main cause is water leakage in cooler or wet environment.
3、Solid impurities are mixed into the oil. Mainly chips, welding slag, rust and metal powder.
Second, the influence of temperature on the viscosity of hydraulic oil:
As the temperature increases, the viscosity of the oil decreases. The change of oil viscosity directly affects the performance and leakage of hydraulic system. The normal temperature is between 30 ℃ and 50℃.
Third. Crawling fault causes:
- Poor lubrication condition. There is a “stop-coast-stop”. Increase the amount of lubrication.
- Air is immersed in the hydraulic system. Need to vent.
- Reason for rigidity of injection molding machine. The wear and deformation of parts cause the change of friction force and produce crawling. Replacement parts
Forth. Treatment method of oil pump noise after injection molding machine starts production for a period of time:
- The quality of the suction pipe is not good or the throat is not tightened. Remove the screen and check whether it is deformed. Whether the suction tubing is stratified. Replace tubing, strainer.
- The filter screen is not clean. Whether there is too much impurity in hydraulic oil. Clean the strainer.
- Oil pump wear, check the wear of oil distribution pan and rotor end face of oil pump. Replace the oil pump.
Fifth, after the motor starts, the pressure gauge has pressure, no flow method:
1, DA board is bad, repair DA board.
- The relief valve is stuck. Remove the relief valve for inspection, clean the relief valve or replace the pressure gauge for inspection.
Sixth, no pressure flow
