1、 Slow injection speed:
Injection speed of plastic processing equipment has a very prominent meaning for some finished products with disordered shape, large thickness change and long process, as well as plastics with high viscosity, such as increased tolerance ABS. When the plastic processing equipment can not fill the finished product with high pressure, high-speed injection should be considered to solve the problem of insufficient injection.
2、 Improper feed conditioning, lack of material or excessive material:
Feeding metering prohibition or abnormal operation of feeding control system, abnormal injection cycle caused by plastic processing equipment or mold or operating conditions, small pre plastic back pressure or small particle density in the barrel may lead to material shortage. For granular materials with large particles and more open space and plastics with large specific volume change of crystallinity, such as polyethylene, polypropylene Nylon and other plastics with high viscosity, such as ABS, shall be adjusted to a higher amount. When the material temperature is high, the amount shall be adjusted to a higher amount. When there is too much material stored at the end of the barrel of the plastic processing equipment, the screw needs to spend more rated injection pressure to compress and promote the excessive material storage in the barrel, which greatly reduces the useful injection pressure of the plastic entering the mold cavity and makes it difficult to fill the finished product.
3、 The injection pressure is too low, the injection time is too short, and the plunger or screw returns too early:
Molten plastics have high viscosity and poor mobility at low operating temperature, so they should be injected at high pressure and speed. For example, when making ABS colorful parts, the non high temperature resistance of colorants limits the heating temperature of the barrel of plastic processing equipment, which should be compensated by higher injection pressure and extended injection time.
Plastic products are easy to crack because too many nozzle materials and secondary materials are used, or the materials stay in the material pipe for too long, resulting in the aging of the rubber and the easy cracking of the products. Increase the proportion of new materials and reduce the recycling times of nozzle materials, generally not more than three times, so as to avoid the rubber staying in the material pipe for a long time.
