When the injection molding machine is shut down for a long time, what should be paid attention to before starting up
1. Turn on the main power switch of the machine tool, check whether the equipment is leaking electricity, preheat the barrel and mold according to the set process temperature requirements, and keep the barrel warm for more than 20 minutes when the barrel temperature reaches the process temperature to ensure that the temperature of all parts of the barrel is uniform.
2. Open the cooling water valve of the oil cooler, cool the oil return and water delivery pipe, jog and start the oil pump. If no abnormality is found, the oil pump can be officially started. It can not operate until the “motor on” is displayed on the screen. Pay attention to the reverse rotation of the motor and check whether the function of the safety door is normal.
3. Manually start the screw rotation and check whether the screw rotation sound is abnormal and stuck.
4. The operator must use the safety door. If the travel switch of the safety door fails, it is not allowed to start the machine. It is strictly prohibited to operate without the safety door (cover).
5. Various cover plates and protective covers of electrical, hydraulic and rotating parts of operating equipment shall be covered and fixed.
6. Non on duty operators are not allowed to press buttons and handles without permission, and two or more people are not allowed to operate the same injection molding machine at the same time.
7. The molds and inserts shall be placed stably, accurately and reliably. In case of any abnormality during mold closing, stop the machine immediately and notify the technicians to eliminate the fault.
8. When the machine is repaired or the mold is cleaned for a long time (more than 10 minutes), the injection seat must be retracted to make the nozzle leave the mold, and the motor must be turned off. When the maintenance personnel repair the machine, the operator is not allowed to leave his post.
9. No one is allowed to start the motor when someone is handling the machine or mold.
10. When the body enters the machine tool or the mold opening gear, the power supply must be cut off.
11. Avoid hitting the fixed mold with the injection seat when the mold is opened to prevent the fixed mold from falling off.
12. Generally, the injection into the air shall not exceed 5 seconds each time. When the injection fails for two consecutive times, pay attention to inform the adjacent personnel to avoid the dangerous area. When cleaning the nozzle rubber head, do not clean it directly by hand. Use iron pliers or other tools to avoid scalding.
13. There are high temperature, high voltage and high power in the working process of the glue melting cylinder. It is forbidden to tread, climb and put objects on the glue melting cylinder to prevent scald, electric shock and fire.
14. When the hopper does not discharge, it is not allowed to use metal rods and rods to roughly poke the hopper to avoid damaging the screen, shield cover and magnet frame in the hopper. If the metal rods are drawn into the barrel under the rotating state of the screw, it is very easy to cause serious equipment damage accidents.
15. In case of abnormal equipment noise, peculiar smell, spark, oil leakage and other abnormalities during the operation of the injection molding machine, it shall be shut down immediately, reported to relevant personnel immediately, and explained the fault phenomenon and possible causes.
