Regular maintenance

     4.1 divide the modulus of each maintenance according to the model size of the injection molding machine, and calculate it by dividing the output counted in the production order by the number of holes. The maintenance is carried out by the repair module, and the mold administrator records it on the mold resume:

     30t ~ 100t: maintain every 60000 molds produced

     150t ~ 160t: maintain every 50000 molds produced

     220t ~ 350t: maintain every 40000 molds produced

     4.2 maintenance items:

     4.2.1 wipe and clean the rubber wire and dirt on the P / L surface;

     4.2.2 check whether the spring, thimble and travel position are stuck, burned and broken.
