If there is residual cold material in the material sheet, the screw can be started only after holding for another period of time (generally about 15min), so as to ensure that the residual material is fully melted and avoid damaging the screw and causing damage to the transmission device due to overload.

  • Lever idling. At the initial stage of pre plastic feeding, when the screw and barrel of plastic processing equipment have not been fed, it is not suitable to use high screw speed, and generally the idle speed is less than 50R / min. When the material fills the screw groove of the plastic processing equipment (when the molten material is extruded from the nozzle mouth), increase the screw speed to the required value to avoid damaging the screw or material of the plastic processing equipment due to too high idle speed or too long time.

3. Assembly and disassembly of plasticized parts. The plasticizing parts of plastic processing equipment are generally provided with an integral rotating mechanism. When assembling and disassembling the barrel and screw, first deflect the material Jane (injection seat) to an angle with the original position to make the barrel avoid the template. If there is residual material in the material sheet, the nozzle can be removed only after it is heated to the plasticizing temperature, and then the screw is removed from the transmission device and pushed out from the front end of the material barrel.

4. When disassembling the screw head of plastic processing equipment, pay attention to the rotation direction of the connecting thread of the screw head, which is generally the left thread. In case of biting, do not pull hard, but apply symmetrical torque to facilitate rotation. During assembly, the threaded connection shall be coated with heat-resistant grease (red lead or molybdenum disulfide).

  • For the fastening of the heating device, the electric heating ring is often used for the heating of Zhejiang plastic processing equipment.
