  • In the process of using the injection molding machine, the oil level height of the pressure oil, the oil pump pressure and the cleaning degree of the pressure oil should be checked frequently. In wet weather, the concentration of pressure oil must be checked daily, and the water pipe should be checked frequently to avoid water mixing into the pressure oil and blocking the oil filter. Check the fuel tank regularly to keep it clean and prevent debris from falling in. When the oil level is not high enough, pressure oil should be added in time. For the lubrication of each moving part, each stroke switch and each oil pipe, joint part of the oil leakage, should be routinely checked once a week.
  • The hydraulic oil should be replaced in time in strict accordance with the requirements of the operation rules of the injection molding machine (generally one to two years to replace once depending on the working situation), and the oil tank and oil filter should be cleaned to prevent the blockage of the oil circuit and the poor operation of the equipment.
