Injection units is movable. It will transport the melted plastic material into the mold. So its movement of mechanical structure will consume a lot of energy, which is partly composed of the main cost. Then how should we do to reduce the cost for customers? To reduce its energy consumption, we adopt new design idea of lightweight on Fuhrung series injection unit. Meanwhile, we optimized its mechanical movement by equipping liner guid rails.

B. Precision: Precise servo motor with precise internal gear pump, via a sensitive pressure  sensor to feedback and become close‐loop control, injection repeatability precision can reach  to 3‰, highly improved product quality.
