1. Overview of injection molding machine hydraulic system

• Compound oil cylinder

When the compound cylinder is working, the hydraulic oil enters the cylinder from the plunger hole, making the die closing device move forward quickly; When the clamping is close to the end, when the clamping cylinder (piston cylinder) enters the hydraulic cylinder, the stroke speed becomes slow, so that the clamping force reaches the required tonnage. This plunger type and piston type work with the oil cylinder, called the compound oil cylinder.
